Service Terms & Refund Policy

Welcome to J Learning & Cyber Center. By accessing our services, whether in-store near Got Osimbo ACK Church or online via our WhatsApp catalog, you agree to the following terms. We keep things simple to ensure you get the best service possible.

1. General Service Terms

1.1 Digital & Portal Assistance

J Learning & Cyber Center provides technical assistance for navigating government and educational portals (e.g., KRA, HELB, eCitizen, KUCCPS). We are an independent cyber cafe and are not affiliated with these government entities. While we ensure accurate data entry based on the information you provide, the final approval of applications, loans, or document generation rests solely with the respective government body.

1.2 Document Privacy & Security

Your privacy is paramount. Any personal documents sent to us via WhatsApp, email, or flash drive for printing, scanning, or application processing are strictly confidential. We routinely clear local storage, and your files are permanently deleted from our systems after your job is successfully completed.

1.3 Quotations and Payments

All prices for physical goods and services are subject to change based on supplier costs. For digital portals requiring government fees (e.g., eCitizen M-Pesa Paybills), the customer is responsible for completing the actual government payment. J Learning & Cyber Center only charges a service fee for the cyber facilitation.

2. Refund & Returns Policy

2.1 Physical Goods (Stationery & Hardware)

  • Calculators & Instruments: Defective electronic items (e.g., Casio calculators) can be returned within 48 hours of purchase for a replacement. The item must be in its original condition with the original packaging and receipt. Physical damage caused by the user voids this policy.
  • Books & Paper: Workbooks, novels, and paper reams are non-refundable once purchased, unless there is a clear manufacturing defect (e.g., missing pages in a Made Familiar workbook).

2.2 Print & Document Services

We kindly request that you review your documents (formatting, spelling, layout) before sending them for printing. Once a document has been printed as instructed, it cannot be refunded. If a printing error occurs due to our machines (e.g., ink streaks, paper jams), we will reprint the document at no extra cost.

2.3 Digital Portal Services

Service fees charged for processing applications (HELB, KRA, NTSA) are strictly non-refundable once the application has been submitted on your behalf. We charge for the time, internet data, and expertise used to facilitate the process.
